Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.  Enjoy a sequence of grounding and restful poses supported with props to benefit the body and mind by letting go of stress and tension as we prepare and set up to settle into Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that systematically guides and relaxes you at every level of being and is proven to reduce stress and its effects. Relaxation of the nervous systems sets the body up for deep healing capacity.
