This is an amazing workout that fuses the very best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training! No dance experience necessary! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen,  strengthen and tone your total body. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Yoga Mat, light weights 2-5lbs and/or water bottles, a Pilates/Bender 9′ ball
