Dance Fundamentals!
In this class we will emphasize body awareness as we move through a series of exercises that teach alignment, spacial awareness, balance, and coordination, all while having fun! Core strength, flexibility and movement efficiency will improve supported by proper use of breath.  This class is for everyone, no previous Dance training necessary.
