Join us and experience the harmonious, gentle sounds and sensations of crystal and metallic singing bowls, gongs percussion and vocals for a one hour "sound bath" meditation experience, where vibrations and frequencies can tap into certain brain waves that are responsible for helping you feel at ease, rejuvenated, and content. 

Sound healing is a wonderful way to be present in the moment and it allows opportunity for your body, mind, spirit and emotions to relax.  It is well documented that the benefits of sound healing and meditation are numerous including decreased heart rate, decreased respirations, decreased blood pressure, decreased stress and anxiety, tension and even pain and increased focus and help promote positive well-being.

In this sound-meditation, we quickly access the benefits of a deep meditation practice, without needing any experience or special techniques. Attendants will experience a live sound journey, finding stillness through the orchestration, allowing a deep connection to the space within one’s heart, mind and body. As the vibrations gently hold us, we are able to release mental and emotional blockages, and invite & strengthen a connection with our highest self.

Please bring props for your comfort. A yoga mat or two, plus a pillow & blanket would be ideal. Water and eye coverings are also encouraged.
