A gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and relaxation. Chair yoga is wonderful for all levels and especially suitable for older adults and people with balance or coordination challenges.
