Then this class is for YOU!  With a focus on Focus on Foundational Principles, our Beginner Yoga classes may also incorporate elements of yoga philosophy and history along with integrating conscious breathing techniques (pranayama) into the practice,  helping to calm the mind and enhance the physical experience. Our beginner yoga class provides a safe and supportive introduction to the physical and mental aspects of yoga, enabling  practitioners to build a solid foundation and enjoy the numerous benefits of this ancient practice. Come discover the many benefits of yoga ... stress relief, increased strength & flexibility and an overall sense of balance and well-being in our bodies and in our lives.
