What is Soma Flow?

Somatic and flow-based movement practices blending ballet, pilates, somatic stretching, and mindful conditioning to harmonize body-mind rhythm. 

Each class aligns movement with the energy of the day, integrating music to the mood, astrological body mapping, and an energetic anatomy awareness focused on the subtle body. 

This is a practice we can return to to support our embodied presence and our emotional peace. 

No prior ballet or dance experience required… just a love of movement and a desire to reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, expression, and alignment.
Soma Flow draws from Pilates core work, yoga’s mindful grounding, and the foundations of ballet to cultivate grace within our own gravity. 

Movement is a practice of alignment: physical, emotional, cosmic.
