
Mindfulness means paying attention from the heart, on purpose, in the present moment, with qualities like compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. Mindfulness teaches one how to live in the moment, no matter what is going on in a harmonious way. Mindfulness presents the opportunity to discover your true self and grow in self-knowledge and reduce suffering. Mindfulness is not a quick fix but a lifelong adventure.
